Three Views of Oman

Society and Religion 1945–2006

Raina Sacks Blankenhorn - Curator

Three Views of Oman, Society and Religion 1945–2006 highlights the work of three photographers, each of whom sees the world with a distinct gaze. Seen as a whole, the exhibition establishes a rich visual culture for Oman over a 70 year period and suggests that individuals as much as civilizations bring their uniqueness to the challenge of Anglo-American and Arab cultural engagement.

At the Dining Hall St. Antony's College, University of Oxford, September 30th from 5:30-7:30.
